The improved BSPLX has been reengineered to accommodate the inconsistencies of flowing products shipped in bags. The upgraded BSPLX has several added options that not only lessens its required maintenance, but improves its product handling to an accuracy that will even work in an automated storage and retrieval system.

One major change in the palletizer is the replacement of infeed rollers with a mat top design. This removed the pallet pattern hang points and improved conveying throughout the process. The electric drive and control method in this area was also upgraded to allow for better control, preventing bunching together of conveyor bags.

Special low friction slide plates and upgraded controls were added to provide small drops from the slide plate which creates a very well formed layer.

Even with all these enhancements, the new BSPLX Palletizer retains a consistent ROI of less than two years!
